Also off the same "Tribute To Koes Plus" album as "Bunga Di Tepi Jalan" this track is a blend of traditional instruments and melodies put into a more modern context. Kikan, from the group Cokelat, lends her quavery voice to add an extra bit of piquancy.
The song rolls along, gypsy style, with violins and some kind of sitar type instrument urging you to get off the wall and "berjoget", grab the nearest girl and get your booty shakin basically. It's the last 30 seconds which make the song for me. A thumping, organic build up that resolves into a mental smile.
If you time it right, it's good music to bust off to.
